Terms and Conditions
For your safety, we offer two sizes of scooters. The 5-Day flat rate fee is $225 plus tax for a scooter with a capacity of up to 300lbs, or $325 plus tax for a scooter with a capacity of up to 400lbs. A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of rental.
​▪ Guests must arrange to pick up the scooter from one of our two Service Centers. Our Friendly Ambassadors will assist when making a reservation. (Scooters cannot be delivered to connecting hotels, guest(s) rooms or parking facilities.) ▪ A refundable Damage DEPOSIT HOLD of $100 is required to be paid by the renter at the time of the Pride Ride rental. ▪ Renter is responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Pride Ride. ▪ Renters will be required to sign a Guest Waiver Statement at the time of rental. ▪ The scooters should never go outside of the building, however; guest are welcome to take it to any of our connecting hotels such as: The Hyatt , The Sonesta, The Drury Inn, The Hilton (401 & 402) ▪ Guests must notify Guest Services at 614-827-2531 within 24 hours of your reservations of any changes. ▪ Scooters must be picked up within an hour of the reservations or the scooters will be returned to inventory for rental.
